Formal referrals are received usually from health professionals e.g. physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, early intervention services and diabetes educators. Applications can be made for children up to the age of 18. Applicants must be from the Sunraysia – Mallee region.

These applications come through to a liaison officer who will contact the person making the referral for any further information required.
The application is then brought to our meetings where the members decide whether the request meets our criteria and then they will vote to support or refuse the application.
